Unlock the full potential of plastic!
Plastic is fantastic because it can be affordable, adaptable, and durable. It can be shaped into almost anything, making it a versatile choice for many products. Though mastering plastic production can be tricky, its benefits, like being lightweight and long-lasting, make it a great option for all sorts of things.
Almost all plastic production needs to go through three steps, which are dependent on each other to achieve the best possible result. For the most cost-effective process, you need to go through the steps in chronological order with as few steps back as possible.
1. Development
2. Mould
3. Production
Below you will find how we add quality and perfection to each step.
Development

Validation, documentation and risk management
We develop production-ready design concepts focused on function, manufacturability, and performance—without compromising aesthetics. As engineers, we translate conceptual design into technically feasible solutions with the necessary precision and robustness for production and use.
We provide the expertise to influence price and quality from the idea phase. By identifying potential pitfalls early and estimating part and mould costs, we support better decisions. Requirements are clarified and documented to ensure alignment, quality, and risk mitigation.
Step 1: Complete estimate overview
Including development, mould and part pricing, a Gantt chart of the process, and insights into our proposed general solutions.
Step 2: Requirement specification
Once the estimate is agreed upon, we proceed with a requirement specification meeting to define all project requirements.
Step 3: Estimate revision
If necessary, revise the estimate to correspond with the finalized requirement specification.
Step 4: Development and prototyping.
The process moves from general design to a fully specified product. We create comprehensive product specifications covering geometry, tolerances, materials, surface quality, gate and split-line placement, and other critical details. These specifications form the foundation for tooling and quality assurance, ensuring consistency throughout the value chain.
Step 4.1: CAE
Using CAE tools such as FEA, CFD, and Mouldflow, we validate and optimize designs early, minimizing unnecessary iterations and reducing time-to-market. This structured development approach provides a solid basis for successful moulding and production outcomes.
Step 5: Risk assessment
Validate and assess the developed product against the defined requirements to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Mould

Your Product, Perfectly Moulded – Anywhere in the World
Moulds define the shape, quality, and efficiency of plastic parts. The right tooling ensures consistent production, fewer defects, and long-term value, making it a critical investment in any plastic manufacturing process.
Our detailed specifications cover product geometry, surfaces, gate points, split lines, and mould feasibility (mouldsplit). This ensures the foundation for correct mould design. We source moulds globally based on your specific needs, balancing price, and quality.
Step 6: Identify potential manufacturers.
Obtain pricing and delivery timelines, including production and part costs.
Step 7: Make the choice.
This may involve conducting a production audit to ensure alignment with your compliance requirements.
Step 8: Mould development.
We review and quality-assure all mould designs and support toolmakers throughout the process. Our project management ensures timely delivery and functionality, guaranteeing that the mould meets your requirements and provides long-term value.
Step 9: T0 (Test 0) First product out of the mould.
Perform a quality review and implement necessary corrections, including removing steel-safe allowances before adding surface structure and other cosmetic features.
Step 10: T1+ Approval
Final quality verification. Carry out quality checks, apply final corrections, and ensure full alignment with the approved product specifications.

Please note the following.
If the connection starts with you, you as product owner is our costumer. We represent you all the way.
On the other hand, if we are contacted by a manufacturer on your behalf, our primary customer is the manufacturer, unless otherwise agreed with the manufacturer.
This means you have given up the option for us to source and recommend a manufacturer for your product.
